MAGIECHEM 500D ESD: Ensure safety and durability with MAGIECHEM 500D ESD, a dissipative anti-spark epoxy coating designed for environments where controlling electrical discharge is crucial. This high solid, two-component epoxy delivers a smooth, high-gloss finish with a resistance range of 1.0 x 10⁶ to 1.0 x 10¹⁰ Ω (Ohms), making it suitable for areas where dissipative properties are required.
MAGIECHEM 500D ESD offers excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance, ensuring that the coating remains effective over its entire wear life. It meets ANSI S20.20/ANSI 97.1 and ASTM F150 standards, providing reliable performance under stringent conditions. Additionally, it offers good chemical resistance, and for environments requiring extreme chemical protection, a Novolac version is available.
Application is straightforward, with a 2:1 mixing ratio by volume, and the coating can be diluted up to 5% with xylene for ease of use. MAGIECHEM 500D ESD also meets LEED requirements, providing an environmentally friendly solution with low VOC content. It is perfect for use on floors, walls, and other surfaces in facilities that demand strict control of static electricity and spark hazards.
