MAGIECHEM 108 is a Water-Based Acrylic Concrete Sealer that offers an economical solution for protecting and sealing concrete surfaces. This non-yellowing sealer is designed to create a thin film on the surface, effectively controlling dust and moisture loss during the curing process.
Ideal for both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces, MAGIECHEM 108 provides excellent adhesion to dry or damp porous surfaces. This sealer is particularly suitable for applications where dust control is a priority, and it meets LEED requirements with its zero VOC formulation.
Application is straightforward, requiring only a sprayer, roller, or brush, and it can be used on fresh concrete that is at least 24 hours old. For denser concrete, a second coat can be applied within 24 hours for enhanced protection.
