This coating enhances interiors with a smooth finish and antimicrobial properties, making it essential for health-centric spaces like hospitals and food services.

Surface Preparation: Clean the substrate of grease, oil, and contaminants. Ensure the surface is dry and has a low moisture vapor transmission. Priming: Apply MAGIECHEM 101 on concrete blocks or gypsum walls as per the substrate requirements. Mixing: Combine parts A and B as directed, avoiding dilution unless for spray applications. Consult MAGIECHEM for specific recommendations. Application: Use a brush, roller, or sprayer for application. For textured effects, a 10 mm roller may be used. Apply two coats in a day for efficient coverage. Drying and Curing: Wait at least 5 minutes before rolling for the next coat. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.

Store at standard room temperature, in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme conditions. Ensure containers are tightly sealed to avoid contamination and maintain product integrity. Following label instructions ensures a shelf life of 1 year.

For maintenance cleaning, use warm water mixed with mild detergent. For sterilization or deeper cleaning, the surface tolerates alcohol-based cleaners without damage.
