MAGIECHEM® 837 is a high-performance, 100% solids epoxy encapsulation resin formulated with ultra-low viscosity (ULV) to provide deep penetration, excellent flow, and superior clarity in demanding applications.

MAGIECHEM® 837 delivers a seamless, dense, and impermeable finish with outstanding optical transparency, making it ideal for encapsulation, casting, and protective applications requiring aesthetic clarity and long-term durability. Its self-leveling properties ensure bubble-free surfaces and uniform film formation, even at higher thicknesses.

MAGIECHEM® 837 is specifically engineered for the encapsulation and protection of electrical, electronic, and decorative components. It provides excellent dielectric insulation, high mechanical strength, and strong resistance to moisture, dust, chemicals, and environmental contaminants.

MAGIECHEM® 837 features very low exothermic reaction and minimal shrinkage during curing, allowing thicker pours without overheating or deformation. Its extended pot life enables precise application and large-volume casting while maintaining dimensional stability and surface integrity.
