MAGIECHEM® 605 is a two-component water-based epoxy sealer designed to protect and enhance interior concrete surfaces while preserving their natural appearance. Its advanced emulsion formulation allows easy application with minimal odor, making it ideal for occupied or sensitive environments. The product penetrates and forms a clear, continuous, and non-porous film that provides resistance to abrasion, humidity, and light chemical exposure. Once cured, this water based epoxy sealer delivers a smooth finish available in gloss, semi-gloss, or satin, ensuring both aesthetic and functional performance.
