MAGIECHEM® 294 is a high-performance 100% solids aliphatic polyurethane top coat formulated to provide maximum resistance to UV exposure, weathering, and mechanical wear in demanding environments. Designed as a finishing layer for MAGIEFLOOR® and MAGIEDECK® systems, it delivers a dense, flexible, and highly abrasion-resistant film that protects underlying coatings from degradation.”

Its advanced aliphatic technology ensures excellent color stability, gloss retention, and resistance to yellowing, even under prolonged outdoor exposure. MAGIECHEM® 294 withstands thermal cycling, moisture, deicing salts, and environmental contaminants, making it ideal for exterior applications such as parking structures, balconies, walkways, and exposed concrete surfaces.
