MAGIECHEM® 142 UV Aliphatic Polyurethane Coating is a high-solids high-performancce protective topcoat formulated with advanced UV Blocker technology designed to protect polymer coating systems from ultraviolet degradation. Unlike conventional polyurethane coatings that only provide surface ultraviolet resistance, this UV aliphatic polyurethane coating blocks ultraviolet radiation before it penetrates through the film and affects the layers beneath. This ultraviolet barrier preserves color stability, gloss retention, and the long-term structural integrity of complete coating systems.

The ultraviolet blocker technology incorporated into MAGIECHEM® 142 plays a critical role in preventing yellowing and discoloration commonly associated with UV exposure. By blocking UV radiation at the coating surface, the system protects both the polyurethane layer and the underlying resin layers, including epoxy coatings and decorative systems.
