MAGIECHEM® 9735 CR

MAGIECHEM® 9735 is a two-component Chemical Resistant Novolac Epoxy Coating formulated with high-performance novolac epoxy resins engineered to deliver extreme chemical resistance in the most aggressive industrial environments. MAGIECHEM® 9735 is specifically designed for facilities exposed to highly corrosive chemicals where conventional epoxy systems cannot provide sufficient long-term protection.

MAGIECHEM® 9735 provides extreme chemical resistance to concentrated acids, aggressive chemicals, and corrosive industrial fluids, including sulfuric acid concentrations up to 98 percent. The advanced novolac resin structure used in MAGIECHEM® 9735 creates a dense crosslinked network capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to highly corrosive substances without degradation of the protective film.

MAGIECHEM® 9735 develops a seamless and impermeable protective surface that prevents the penetration of aggressive liquids into concrete substrates. This Chemical Resistant Novolac Epoxy Coating forms a smooth ceramic-like finish while maintaining internal flexibility that allows the system to absorb mechanical stresses and impacts commonly encountered in heavy industrial service conditions.

MAGIECHEM® 9735 is engineered for environments where extreme chemical resistance is critical, including acid handling areas, battery maintenance zones, chemical processing plants, secondary containment structures, and facilities exposed to concentrated electrolytes or aggressive industrial cleaning procedures. MAGIECHEM® 9735 provides durable protection in environments where strong acids, corrosive agents, and chemical washdowns are frequently present.

MAGIECHEM® 9735 also provides excellent mechanical strength and strong adhesion to properly prepared concrete substrates. The coating withstands heavy traffic, mechanical shocks, and continuous chemical exposure while maintaining long-term surface integrity.

MAGIECHEM® 9735 may be installed as a smooth standalone system or combined with quartz aggregates to enhance mechanical strength and slip resistance. MAGIECHEM® 9735 can also be integrated within MAGIEFLOOR™ multilayer flooring systems to deliver extreme chemical resistance and long-term protection in the most demanding industrial environments.
