MAGIECHEM® 817 is a two-component 100% solids epoxy terrazzo coating system designed for the installation of seamless, decorative, and high-performance flooring surfaces. Engineered for thick applications ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch, it delivers a smooth, joint-free, and highly aesthetic finish with outstanding mechanical strength and durability. The system enables the incorporation of a wide range of decorative aggregates such as marble, quartz, glass, or colored chips, allowing virtually unlimited customization options. MAGIECHEM® 817 forms a dense, monolithic surface with excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, and chemical exposure, making it ideal for high-traffic institutional, commercial, and public environments. Its seamless structure ensures easy maintenance and long-term performance, while maintaining aesthetic value over time.
