MAGIECHEM® 955 UV

MAGIECHEM® 955 is a high-performance Polyaspartic Coating formulated using advanced hybrid polyaspartic technology designed to deliver exceptional durability, controlled installation, and long-term environmental stability. The formulation combines the workability typically associated with epoxy systems with the mechanical performance, ultraviolet protection, and chemical resistance of aliphatic polyurethane chemistry.

This polyaspartic coating incorporates advanced UV Blocker technology, which prevents ultraviolet radiation from penetrating the protective film and degrading underlying resin systems. This mechanism protects the entire coating structure, including epoxy and decorative broadcast systems, from yellowing and ultraviolet deterioration. The UV protection provided by MAGIECHEM® 955 allows resin flooring systems to maintain long-term color stability and visual appearance in both interior and exterior environments exposed to ultraviolet radiation.

MAGIECHEM® 955 is engineered to provide extreme abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical durability under demanding service conditions. The formulation forms a seamless and continuous protective layer capable of withstanding heavy pedestrian traffic, rolling loads, environmental exposure, and aggressive cleaning procedures typically encountered in industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.

MAGIECHEM® 955 is designed to be used exclusively as a protective topcoat within MAGIEFLOOR™ multilayer flooring systems, including quartz broadcast systems, vinyl flake flooring, metallic coatings, and monochromatic epoxy systems. MAGIECHEM® 955 may be applied clear or pigmented and can be combined with anti-slip aggregates when additional traction performance is required for safety-sensitive environments.
