MAGIECHEM® 835 UV

MAGIECHEM® 835 is a High-Solids Long Pot Life Polyaspartic Coating engineered to provide excellent workability, strong mechanical durability, and long-term environmental stability. MAGIECHEM® 835 is formulated to offer a unique balance between extended working time and fast curing performance, making MAGIECHEM® 835 particularly suitable for large-scale flooring installations where controlled application conditions are required.

MAGIECHEM® 835 incorporates UV Blocker technology that helps prevent ultraviolet radiation from penetrating the coating film and degrading underlying resin layers. This protection contributes to maintaining color stability and preventing yellowing of epoxy flooring systems exposed to artificial lighting or indirect ultraviolet exposure. The Polyaspartic Coating formulation also provides UV stability and long-term visual durability.

MAGIECHEM® 835 is designed to deliver high abrasion resistance and strong mechanical performance under demanding service conditions. MAGIECHEM® 835 forms a seamless and continuous protective film capable of withstanding heavy pedestrian traffic, impacts, and common chemical exposure typically encountered in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.

A defining characteristic of this long pot life polyaspartic coating is its extended working time, which allows installers to maintain controlled application conditions across large surfaces. This characteristic reduces the risk of installation defects while ensuring uniform film formation and consistent surface appearance.

MAGIECHEM® 835 also demonstrates reliable curing performance even at low temperatures down to 0°C, allowing installation under challenging climatic conditions where conventional resin coatings may experience slow or incomplete curing.

MAGIECHEM® 835 is designed to be used as a finishing layer within MAGIEFLOOR™ multilayer flooring systems, including quartz broadcast systems, vinyl flake floors, decorative coatings, and solid-color epoxy systems where high-gloss appearance and durable surface protection are required.
