MAGIECHEM® LS24

MAGIECHEM® LS24 is a next-generation lithium silicate densifier, hardener, and penetrating sealer designed to improve the performance and durability of concrete and mineral surfaces.

MAGIECHEM® LS24 penetrates deeply into the porous matrix of concrete and reacts chemically with free lime (calcium hydroxide) to form a dense, insoluble calcium silicate hydrate structure. This reaction permanently strengthens the substrate, increasing surface density, hardness, and long-term durability.

MAGIECHEM® LS24 creates a transparent, breathable, and mineralized protective surface that reduces dusting, limits porosity, and improves resistance to abrasion, contaminants, and daily wear. Unlike temporary sealers or surface coatings, the protection is integrated within the concrete structure, ensuring long-lasting performance without peeling, flaking, or delamination.

MAGIECHEM® LS24 is suitable for new or existing concrete and can be applied to floors, slabs, exterior surfaces, and architectural concrete requiring improved durability and reduced maintenance.
