MAGIECHEM® 824 UV

MAGIECHEM® 824 is a high-solids Polyaspartic Coating engineered for ultra-fast curing performance and direct application on concrete substrates. The formulation has been developed to provide exceptional adhesion to concrete while allowing rapid installation and accelerated return to service. This Polyaspartic Coating technology enables flooring systems to be installed efficiently even in time-sensitive projects where downtime must be minimized.

MAGIECHEM® 824 is specifically formulated as a self-priming base coat, allowing MAGIECHEM® 824 to be applied directly on properly prepared concrete without the need for a separate primer layer. This capability simplifies installation procedures while ensuring strong substrate penetration and reliable bonding to the concrete surface.

MAGIECHEM® 824 Polyaspartic Coating provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, humidity, and thermal variations. The formulation produces a seamless and continuous protective surface capable of withstanding mechanical loads and environmental exposure commonly encountered in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Due to its ultra-fast cure reaction profile, MAGIECHEM® 824 significantly reduces return-to-service times compared with conventional resin coatings. MAGIECHEM® 824 maintains consistent performance even when applied at lower temperatures, making installation possible in environments where ambient conditions can slow down standard curing systems.

MAGIECHEM® 824 can be used as a transparent joint coat, decorative system base layer, or protective topcoat within MAGIEFLOOR™ multilayer flooring systems. The Polyaspartic Coating formulation is compatible with quartz aggregates, vinyl flake systems, and pigmented finishes where mechanical durability and aesthetic performance are required.
