MAGIECHEM® 5087 is a two-component water-based epoxy vapor-barrier primer specifically engineered for application on green concrete and moisture-sensitive substrates. Designed for concrete cured for at least 24 hours, MAGIECHEM® 5087 allows early-stage coating installation while maintaining excellent adhesion and long-term performance.
