MAGIECHEM® 153

MAGIECHEM® 153 is a two-component water-based epoxy coating designed for interior environments where low VOC, ease of maintenance, and chemical resistance are required. It forms a continuous, impermeable, and seamless film, making it ideal for walls, ceilings, and other vertical or horizontal surfaces not exposed to heavy traffic. The formulation offers excellent adhesion on dry or slightly damp substrates including concrete, gypsum, and masonry surfaces. Its low viscosity and epoxy-water emulsion technology allow easy application by brush, roller, or spray while delivering a smooth and uniform finish. MAGIECHEM® 153 provides good resistance to cleaning agents, abrasion, and ambient humidity, making it suitable for institutional, laboratory, and food-processing environments requiring hygienic and durable coatings.
