For example, epoxy finishes in high-rise apartments provide effective waterproofing and sound absorption. Thus, it is a versatile Soundproofing Polyurethane Solution that also acts as a Waterproof Concrete Slab Membrane. This enhances the durability and comfort of living spaces. For best results, apply over MAGIECHEM 5076 primer, supplemented with dry ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. This allows for deep concrete penetration and added grip. Lastly, finish with MAGIECHEM 9802 or MAGIECHEM 9461 for a visually appealing surface.
