MAGIECHEM® 5076 is a two-component 100% solids epoxy primer designed as a moisture vapor barrier and adhesion promoter for concrete substrates. Its low viscosity formulation allows deep penetration into porous or damp concrete, providing exceptional bonding strength and substrate consolidation. The product acts as a high-performance vapor barrier, reducing moisture transmission and preventing failures caused by vapor pressure in coating systems. MAGIECHEM® 5076 performs effectively on substrates with moderate humidity levels, adapting to various jobsite conditions including new or insufficiently cured concrete. It creates a stable, durable bonding layer compatible with epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems, ensuring long-term performance. Suitable for use as a universal primer, it can also serve as a base layer with broadcast aggregates for enhanced mechanical anchoring in demanding environments.
