MAGIECHEM® 805

MAGIECHEM® 805 is a two-component 100% solids fast-curing epoxy gel specifically designed for sealing and repairing cracks and joints on vertical, horizontal, or overhead surfaces. Its thixotropic formulation ensures a non-sag application, allowing precise placement even at high thickness without deformation. The product provides excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, and metal substrates, while offering slight flexibility to accommodate minor structural movement. Its user-friendly 1:1 mix ratio simplifies preparation and ensures consistent performance. MAGIECHEM® 805 develops a dense, durable, and uniform texture that can be easily applied with a spatula or trowel.
