MAGIECHEM® 9730 CR

MAGIECHEM® 9730 is a two-component Novolac Epoxy Coating formulated with advanced novolac epoxy resins designed to provide high chemical resistance in demanding industrial environments. MAGIECHEM® 9730 is engineered to resist aggressive chemicals, acids, and corrosive substances commonly encountered in industrial production facilities while maintaining long-term mechanical and chemical stability.

MAGIECHEM® 9730 provides significantly higher chemical resistance than conventional epoxy, polyaspartic, or polyurethane coating systems. The novolac epoxy chemistry used in MAGIECHEM® 9730 allows the coating to withstand high concentrations of corrosive chemicals, including sulfuric acid up to 38 percent, while maintaining structural integrity during prolonged chemical exposure.

MAGIECHEM® 9730 develops a seamless, dense, and impermeable protective film with a smooth ceramic-like surface appearance while maintaining internal flexibility that helps absorb mechanical stress and impact loads. This balance of mechanical strength and chemical durability allows MAGIECHEM® 9730 to perform reliably in industrial environments exposed to heavy traffic, chemical spills, and repeated cleaning cycles.

MAGIECHEM® 9730 is commonly used in facilities where high chemical resistance is required but where extreme acid concentrations are not continuously present. Typical applications include laboratories, chemical processing areas, production facilities handling corrosive materials, secondary containment zones, and industrial environments exposed to chemical washdowns.

MAGIECHEM® 9730 may be installed as a smooth standalone system or combined with quartz aggregates to increase mechanical strength and slip resistance. MAGIECHEM® 9730 can also be integrated within MAGIEFLOOR™ multilayer flooring systems to provide durable long-term protection for concrete floors exposed to chemical exposure and mechanical traffic.
