MAGIECHEM® 163 is a two-component, high-solids epoxy coating for floors, walls, and ceilings, designed for interior environments requiring durability, cleanability, and resistance to moisture and chemicals. MAGIECHEM® 163 provides a seamless, hard, and waterproof surface suitable for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and institutional applications.

MAGIECHEM® 163 develops a dense, continuous coating with excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. Its outstanding wetting ability allows the material to penetrate deeply into the pores of properly prepared concrete, improving adhesion and long-term performance.

MAGIECHEM® 163 is suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications, including floors, walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces. It can be used in standard industrial environments as well as in areas exposed to humidity or condensation, where conventional coatings may experience adhesion or durability issues.

MAGIECHEM® 163 is also commonly used for safety line marking and traffic demarcation, providing a durable, high-visibility finish with excellent adhesion and wear resistance. When applied on floors, MAGIECHEM® 163 may be combined with anti-slip aggregates to improve traction while maintaining a seamless and easy-to-clean surface.
