MAGIECRETE HP is a high-performance polyurethane cement flooring system designed for heavy-duty industrial environments requiring exceptional resistance to thermal shock, abrasion, impact, and aggressive chemicals. This three-component, 100% solids system forms a dense, monolithic, and seamless surface applied by trowel at thicknesses ranging from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch or more. Its hybrid composition combines the mechanical strength of cement with the flexibility and resilience of polyurethane, ensuring long-term durability under extreme service conditions. MAGIECRETE HP exhibits outstanding adhesion to properly prepared concrete and maintains performance under rapid temperature changes, including exposure to hot water, steam cleaning, and freeze-thaw cycles. The system provides a hygienic, non-porous surface suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities. Its high resistance to chemicals, impacts, and heavy traffic makes it ideal for areas subject to severe operational stress while ensuring long-term reliability and reduced maintenance requirements.
