MAGIECRETE TC is a high-performance polyurethane cement top coat designed to complete and protect MAGIECRETE systems such as MAGIECRETE HP and MAGIECRETE SL. This three-component, 100% solids formulation creates a dense, seamless, and impermeable surface that enhances durability, hygiene, and long-term performance. Applied as a finishing layer, MAGIECRETE TC improves resistance to abrasion, impacts, and aggressive chemicals while providing additional protection against water, contaminants, and mechanical wear. Its formulation combines the strength of cement with the flexibility of polyurethane, allowing it to withstand thermal shock and rapid temperature changes, including hot water washdowns and steam cleaning. The system provides a uniform, easy-to-clean surface suitable for demanding industrial, food processing, and pharmaceutical environments. MAGIECRETE TC also allows adjustment of surface texture and slip resistance through broadcast aggregates, ensuring optimal safety and performance.
