MAGIECRETE SL is a high-performance self-leveling polyurethane cement flooring system designed for industrial environments exposed to thermal shock, abrasion, impact, and aggressive chemicals. This three-component, 100% solids system is applied at thicknesses ranging from 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch, producing a smooth, dense, and monolithic surface. Its hybrid formulation combines the strength of cement with the flexibility of polyurethane, allowing it to withstand rapid temperature changes, including hot water washdowns and freeze-thaw cycles. This Self Leveling Polyurethane Cement provides excellent adhesion to concrete substrates and forms an impermeable, seamless surface that protects against water, chemicals, and contaminants. Its smooth finish makes it ideal for hygienic environments requiring easy cleaning and maintenance, such as food processing, pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities. The system offers long-term durability and consistent performance in areas subjected to heavy traffic and severe service conditions.
