MAGIECHEM® 293

MAGIECHEM® 293 is a two-component, 100% solids, elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed to provide a seamless, flexible, and watertight barrier on concrete substrates. Its advanced formulation allows it to penetrate and accommodate substrate movement, acting as a crack-bridging membrane that limits the propagation of microcracks into subsequent layers. The dense elastomeric structure provides long-term resistance to water, humidity, and environmental exposure while maintaining excellent adhesion to properly prepared concrete.

Important: MAGIECHEM® 293 is not intended for use as a traffic-bearing waterproofing membrane in parking structures or areas exposed to direct vehicular traffic. For parking deck applications or traffic-grade elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing membranes, please refer to MAGIECHEM® 309 & MAGIECHEM® 313, specifically engineered for these conditions.
