MAGIECHEM® 259 is a high-performance solvent-based hybrid sealer formulated with urethane-modified acrylic resins for concrete and masonry substrates. Its high solids content enables deep and uniform penetration into porous mineral surfaces, forming a durable protective film that enhances surface integrity and long-term performance. Designed for curing and sealing applications, it reduces moisture loss in freshly placed concrete while protecting against staining, dusting, and environmental exposure. The product improves resistance to abrasion, freeze-thaw cycles, and light chemical exposure, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
