MAGIECHEM® 9094 is a high-performance aliphatic polyurethane top coat formulated at 94% solids, designed to provide long-term protection and durability in demanding environments exposed to UV, weathering, and mechanical stress.

This Deck Aliphatic Polyurethane UV forms a seamless, dense, and flexible protective film with excellent adhesion to underlying systems, preserving the integrity of epoxy or polyurethane base layers. Its aliphatic formulation provides superior resistance to UV exposure, preventing yellowing while maintaining long-term color stability and gloss retention.

MAGIECHEM® 9094 is specifically engineered for use as a finish coat in multi-layer systems such as MAGIEFLOOR™ and MAGIEDECK™, particularly in applications exposed to outdoor conditions, freeze-thaw cycles, and repeated traffic. The coating resists abrasion, impacts, de-icing salts, rain, and aggressive environmental contaminants while maintaining a smooth and durable surface.

MAGIECHEM® 9094 provides controlled flexibility, allowing it to absorb substrate movement, vibration, and mechanical stress without compromising performance or surface integrity. Its formulation ensures dimensional stability and long-term resistance to wear, making it suitable for parking structures, ramps, balconies, walkways, and exposed concrete surfaces.
