MAGIECHEM® 9461

MAGIECHEM® 9461 is a two-component, 100% solids, solvent-free high performance epoxy coating designed for interior flooring systems. The product provides a seamless, dense, and uniform surface with excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical durability for commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.

The formulation offers controlled viscosity and self-leveling properties, allowing uniform thickness and smooth surface finishes. When applied alone, it produces a dense and ceramic-like finish. It can also be used in combination with quartz aggregates to increase mechanical resistance, slip resistance, and overall system thickness in high-traffic areas.

MAGIECHEM 9461 demonstrates excellent adhesion to properly prepared concrete and maintains dimensional stability under mechanical and thermal stresses. It provides resistance to standing water, diluted chemical solutions, and frequent cleaning cycles, making it suitable for environments such as healthcare facilities, laboratories, food processing areas, mechanical rooms, and commercial spaces.

The product can be used as a primer, base coat, or finish coat within MAGIEFLOOR™ systems, including smooth, decorative quartz, and vinyl flake systems. Its formulation allows continuous application over large surfaces and supports multiple installation methods, including broadcast and self-leveling systems.

The technology is based on high-performance epoxy and polyamine chemistry, providing a balance between surface hardness, internal flexibility, and long-term durability in demanding interior environments.
